Milan Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV original animated series WondLa. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s third and final season composed by Joy Ngiaw (Blush, Rescued by Ruby, Glamorous, Barbie Mysteries: The Great Horse Chase). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 26 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s WondLa Theme Suite below. The label has previously released two albums featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 and Season 2. WondLa based on Tony DiTerlizzi’s bestselling book series is showrun and executive produced by Bobs Gannaway and stars Jeanine Mason, Brad Garrett, Gary Anthony Williams, Alan Tudyk, John Harlan Kim, John Ratzenberger, Ana Villafañe, Peter Gallagher, as well as new voice cast additions Shohreh Aghdashloo and Maz Jobrani.

Premiering today is the AMC original series Orphan Black: Echoes created by Anna Fishko and starring Krysten Ritter, Keeley Hawes, Rya Kihlstedt, Amanda Fix, James Hiroyuki Liao and Avan Jogia. The show’s original score is composed by Trevor Yuile (Into the Badlands, Killjoys, Stag) who previously scored the original Orphan Black. Julien Baker feat. Calvin Lauber has contributed the project’s theme song, which has just been released as a digital single by Boat Rocker. Premiering on Tuesday, June 25, is the Hulu original documentary Diane von Furstenberg: Woman in Charge directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy & Trish Dalton about the life of the Belgian fashion designer and cultural luminary. Allyson Newman (The L Word: Generation Q, Making Waves: The Art of Cinematic Sound, Partner Track, Kusama: Infinity) has composed the film’s original music. Joy Ngiaw Scoring Skydance Animation’s Apple TV+ Series ‘WondLa’
Joy Ngiaw (Glamorous, Rescued by Ruby) has been tapped to score the upcoming Apple TV+ original animated series WondLa. The show, which marks Skydance Animation’s first TV series, is based on the sci-fi fantasy novels by Tony DiTerlizzi (The Spiderwick Chronicles) and tells the coming-of-age story of a 16-year-old girl who goes on an epic journey with her robot caretaker and a cantankerous blue alien and learns that she might have the power to unite the world as she discovers fantastic civilizations.
