The album features the film’s original score composed by Michelle Osis (Don’t Move, Billy the Kid, Abandoned, Bloodthirsty, Night of the Reaper) & Terry Benn (Dark Match, Carved). Don’t Move is directed by Adam Schindler & Brian Netto and stars Kelsey Asbille, Finn Wittrock, Moray Treadwell and Daniel Francis. The thriller revolves around a grieving woman in a secluded forest who encounters a killer who injects her with a paralytic drug and has to fight for survival as her body shuts down.

Mark Korven (The Witch, The Black Phone, The Lighthouse, Cube, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, The Peripheral) and Michelle Osis (Abandoned, Bloodthirsty, True Fiction, Knuckleball) have teamed up to score the upcoming horror thriller Don’t Move. The film is directed by Adam Schindler (Intruders) & Brian Netto and stars Kelsey Asbille, Finn Wittrock and Daniel Francis. The movie follows a grieving woman who gets injected with a paralytic by a seasoned serial killer and must run, fight and hide before her body completely shuts down.

Opening nationwide today is the action fantasy movie Mortal Kombat directed by Simon McQuoid and starring Lewis Tan, Jessica McNamee, Mehcad Brooks, Josh Lawson, Ludi Lin, Tadanobu Asano, Joe Taslim, Chin Han and Hiroyuki Sanada. The film’s original music is composed by Benjamin Wallfisch (It, Blade Runner 2049, Hidden Figures, Shazam!, Annabelle Creation, Lights Out). WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last week. Also opening nationwide this week is the Japanese animated feature Demon Slayer The Movie: Mugen Train directed by Haruo Sotozaki and starring Natsuki Hanae, Akari Kito, Hiro Shimono, Satoshi Hino, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Daisuke Hirakawa, Abby Trott, Aleks Le, Zach Aguilar and Bryce Papenbrook. Yuki Kajiura & Go Shiina have composed the film’s original music. The movie, which is based on the shōnen manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba by Koyoharu Gotouge, broke local box office records when it opened in Japanese theaters last year and is being distributed in the U.S. by FUNimation.
