Marvel Music and Hollywood Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Iron Fist. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Robert Lydecker (xXx: Return of Xander Cage, Designated Survivor, Sleepy Hollow, Lethal Weapon). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 7 and will be available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio clips. The labels have previously released a soundtrack featuring Trevor Morris’ score from the series’ first season. Iron Fist is based on the Marvel Comics property and stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey, Sacha Dhawan and Alice Eve.

Marvel and ABC Studios will release a soundtrack album for Marvel’s Netflix original series Iron Fist. The album features selections from the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Trevor Morris (Immortals, Olympus/London Has Fallen, Vikings, The Tudors, The Borgias). Also included is Anderson .Paak’s Come Down. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 17 and will be available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Iron Fist is developed by Chris Buck based on the Marvel Comics property and stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey and Rosario Dawson. The series centers on billionaire Danny Rand who resurfaces 15 years after being presumed dead and, with the power of the Iron Fist, seeks to reclaim his past and fulfill his destiny.

Premiering tomorrow, March 13, is the documentary Cries from Syria directed by Evgeny Afineevsky. The film’s original music is composed by Martin Tillman (The Ring Two, Last Knights). Diane Warren contributed the original song Prayers for this World, which is performed by Cher and The West Los Angeles Children’s Choir. The movie explores the humanitarian crisis in Syria and the devastating civil war that has defined the country over the last five years. Premiering on Tuesday, March 14, is the new NBC comedy Trial & Error created by Jeff Astrof & Matt Miller and starring John Lithgow, Nick D’Agosto, Steven Boyer, Sherri Shepherd, Jayma Mays and Krysta Rodriguez. John Swihart (Napoleon Dynamite, How I Met Your Mother, Switched at Birth, Table 19, Youth in Revolt) is composing the show’s original music. Trevor Morris to Score Marvel’s Netflix Series ‘Iron Fist’
Trevor Morris has been tapped to score Marvel’s upcoming Netflix original series Iron Fist. The show is developed by Chris Buck (Dexter) based on the Marvel Comics property and stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey and Rosario Dawson. The drama centers on billionaire Danny Rand who mysteriously returns to New York City 15 years after he was presumed dead and tries to reconnect with his past, but when a long-destined enemy rises, he turns to his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist. Buck is also executive producing the Marvel Television and ABC Studios production with Stan Lee and Jeph Loeb (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.).
