Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the Argentine Disney+/Hulu original series Daughter of Fire (Hija del fuego: La venganza de la bastarda). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Pablo Borghi (Storm Crashers, Santa, Olympo, Planners, Between Walls, Everybody Changes), Lis Barbacil & Alberto Biggeri. Daughter of Fire is developed by Leandro Calderone and stars China Suárez, Diego Cremonesi, Joaquín Ferreira, Jerónimo Bosia, Carlos Belloso, Antonella Costa, Mariano Saborido, Pedro Fontaine, Rallen Montenegro and Eleonora Wexler. The thriller is set in a Patagonian town that is shaken by the arrival of a foreign woman preparing to marry a powerful local businessman and whose presence arouses suspicion, but no one suspects the truth: she is the key to a bloody revenge plot.

John Paesano & Adam Hochstatter Scoring Disney+’s ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw’
John Paesano (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Daredevil, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, The Maze Runner, Cheaper by the Dozen, Truth Be Told) & Adam Hochstatter have provided the original score for the upcoming Disney+ original animated movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw. The film is directed by Matt Danner and features the voices of Aaron D. Harris, Chris Diamantopoulos, Erica Cerra, Jude Zarzaur, Hunter Dillon, Gracen Newton, Bashir Salahuddin, Jill Basey and William Stanford Davis. The fourth animated feature adaptation of Jeff Kinney’s book series follows Greg Heffley as he finds himself at odds with the outsized expectations of his dad who presents him with an ultimatum that just might challenge his wimpy ways for good.
Siddhartha Khosla & Alan DeMoss Scoring Jessica Yu’s ‘A Very Jonas Christmas Movie’
Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole, Welcome to Chippendales, Looking for Alaska) has teamed up with Alan DeMoss (Government Cheese, A Family Affair) to score the new Disney+ original movie A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The film is directed by Jessica Yu (Quiz Show) and stars Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Andrew Barth Feldman, KJ Apa, Laverne Cox, Andrea Martin, Kenny G,Randall Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Justin Tranter serves as the project’s executive music producer. As previously reported, Hollywood Records & Republic Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie today.

Premiering tomorrow, November 10, is the Prime Video original animated series Bat-Fam developed by Mike Roth & Jase Ricci and staring Luke Wilson, Yonas Kibreab, James Cromwell, Haley Tju, London Hughes, Bobby Moynihan, Michael Benyaer, Reid Scott, Diedrich Bader, Kevin Michael Richardson and Natasha Leggero. Fall Out Boy lead singer Patrick Stump (Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends, Merry Little Batman, Gnome Alone, Sick Girl, Black Friday, Changeland) has composed the show’s original music. Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album for the Nordic Disney+/Hulu limited series To Cook a Bear (Koka björn). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Anne Chmelewsky (Where Hands Touch, The Shepherd, Maestra, Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, Only People). To Cook a Bear is based on Mikael Niemis’ book of the same name and stars Gustaf Skarsgård, Ane Dahl Torp, Magnus Krepper, Tyra Wingren, Jonas Karlsson, Simon J. The 6-part crime drama directed by Trygve Allister Diesen and written by Jesper Harrie takes place in the mid-19th century in the village of Kengis, northern Sweden and follows a runaway Sami boy who develops a deep relationship while investigating an unexpected murder mystery.

Hollywood Records & Republic Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Disney+ original movie A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The album produced by the film’s executive music producer Justin Tranter features the songs from the movie performed by Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas.
