Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the thriller Dead of Winter. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on the Western Front, Conclave, Dune: Prophecy, Lion, The Amateur, Adrift, Hotel Mumbai, One Life). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Volker Bertelmann (Conclave, All Quiet on the Western Front, Lion, Dune: Prophecy, The Amateur, Hotel Mumbai, Adrift, One Life) has composed the original music for the upcoming thriller The Dead of Winter. The film is directed by Brian Kirk (21 Bridges, The Day of the Jackal) and stars Emma Thompson, Judy Greer, Marc Menchaca, Gaia Wise, Laurel Marsden, Cúán Hosty-Blaney, Paul Hamilton, Dalton Leeb, Lloyd Hutchinson and Brían F. O’Byrne. The movie follows widowed a fisherwoman traveling alone through snowbound northern Minnesota who interrupts the kidnapping of a teenage girl and – hours from the nearest town and without phone service – realizes she is the young girl’s only hope.

Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the thriller 21 Bridges. The album features the film’s original music composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier & Civil War, X-Men: First Class, Wreck-It-Ralph, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) and Alex Belcher (IO). The soundtrack will be released this Friday, November 15 and will be available to stream/download here. 21 Bridges is directed by Brian Kirk, produced by Joe & Anthony Russo and stars Chadwick Boseman, Sienna Miller, Stephan James, Keith David, Taylor Kitsch and J.K. Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier & Civil War, Big Hero 6, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Wreck-It-Ralph, X-Men: First Class) & Alex Belcher have been hired to score the upcoming action thriller 21 Bridges. The film is directed by Brian Kirk and stars Chadwick Boseman, J.K. Simmons, Taylor Kitsch, Stephan James, Sienna Miller, Jamie Neumann, Keith David and Morocco Omari. The movie revolves around a disgraced NYPD detective who, after being thrust into a citywide manhunt for a cop killer, is given a shot at redemption.

Brian Kirk to Score ‘NCIS: New Orleans’
Brian Kirk is composing the music for the new CBS drama NCIS: New Orleans. The show is created by Gary Glasberg (NCIS) and stars Scott Bakula, Lucas Black, Zoe McLellan, CCH Pounder and Rob Kerkovich. The drama follows the local field office that investigates criminal cases involving military personnel in The Big Easy, a city known for its music, entertainment and decadence. Glasberg is also executive producing the CBS Television Studios production with Mark Harmon, Jeffrey Lieber (Tuck Everlasting, co-creator of Lost) and James Hayman (Ugly Betty, Joan of Arcadia). Kirk has previously scored over 2000 episodes of the original NCIS show and will continue to score the show, which returns for a twelfth season this fall.
‘NCIS: Benchmark’ Soundtrack Details
Artists’ Addiction Records will release a new soundtrack album for the CBS hit drama NCIS. The album, entitled NCIS: Benchmark, features new tracks from some of the show’s cast members including Michael Weatherly and Pauley Perrette, as well as songs by bands including the Neon Trees and The Boxer Rebellion. Also included is a version of the NCIS Theme composed the series’ composer Brian Kirk. The soundtrack will be released on September 24, 2013 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. CBS Records has previously released three different soundtracks for the procedural, including an album featuring Kirk’s score. NCIS is created by Donald P. Bellisario & Don McGill stars Mark Harmon, Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette, David McCallum, Sean Murray and Cote de Pablo. The tenth season of the series will be released on August 20 on DVD and the eleventh season is set to premiere on September 24 on CBS.
