Hollywood Records and Marvel Music will release a soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Black Widow. The album features the film’s original music composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The LEGO Batman Movie, His Dark Materials, Bad Boys for Life, The Tomorrow War, The Crown, Genius). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, July 9 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and other digital music services. Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and stars Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, David Harbour and Rachel Weisz. The movie follows Natasha Romanoff as she confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises and must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger. The Mustard Seed Production Corporation has released a soundtrack album for the faith-based drama The Girl Who Believes in Miracles. The album features the film’s original score composed by Craig Flaster. Also included is the song I Wanna Believe in You performed by Chris Luke. Composer Grégoire Hetzel (Incendies, Summertime, The Midwife) is reuniting with director Arnaud Desplechin (Esther Khan, Jimmy P.) on the upcoming French drama Deception (Tromperie). The film starring Léa Seydoux, Denis Podalydès, Emmanuelle Devos, Anouk Grinberg & Rebecca Marder is based on Philip Roth’s autobiographical novel and revolves around an American novelist living in London as he converses with his wife, his mistress, and other female characters he may have dreamed up. Accidental Editions has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score this past May when the drama premiered in the UK on BritBox.
