The details of the soundtrack album for the seventh episode of the second season of the Prime Video original series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power have been revealed. The album features the original music from Episode 7 (entitled Doomed to Die) of Season 2 composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Outlander, The Walking Dead,  Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Battlestar GalacticaHappy Death Day). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 26 by Amazon Content Services and will be available to stream/download on Amazon Music. Peermusic France will release a new soundtrack album for the French 2004 musical drama The Chorus (Les Choristes) co-written and directed by Christophe Barratier and starring Gérard Jugnot, François Berléand, Kad Merad and Jean-Baptiste Maunier. The album features the newly remastered score from the film composed by Bruno Coulais (CoralineThe Crimson Rivers, Winged Migration, Wolfwalkers, Wendell & Wild, Gemma Bovery) and the choir music performed by Les Petits Chanteurs de Saint-Marc, including two new tracks: an English language version of the Academy Award-nominated song Vois sur ton chemin (Children of Oblivion), as well as an instrumental version of In Memoriam (listen to the track after the jump). The album features the film’s original music composed by Hildur Guðnadóttir (ChernobylWomen Talking, Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Tar, Mary Magdalene) who received her first Academy Award for 2019’s original Joker movie. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, September 27 by WaterTower Music and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (There Is No Joker) has already been released as a digital single earlier this month. Interscope Records will release a separate soundtrack featuring Lady Gaga’s songs next Friday, October 4 and a companion album by Gaga this Friday. The show is written and directed by Mike Jones (screenwriter of Soul & Luca) and features the voices of Paula Pell, Richard Ayoade, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Kensington Tallman, Alli Maki, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Phyllis Smith and Lewis Black. The series is set between the events of Pixar’s features Inside Out & Inside Out 2 and follows Riley who gets sent to Dream Productions, where acclaimed director Paula Persimmon is trying to create the next hit dream after being paired up with a smug daydream director looking to step up into the big leagues of night dreams. The album features thirteen songs performed by the singer/songwriter who stars in the film as Harley Quinn. Harlequin will be released digitally this Friday, September 27 by Interscope Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label will also release the official soundtrack album featuring songs by Gaga next Friday, October 4. Caruso (Eagle Eye, Disturbia) and stars Anthony Hopkins as King Herod and Noa Cohen in the title role of Mary, as well as Ido Tako, Mila Harris and Stephanie Nur. Quartet Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1994 British drama The Browning Version directed by Mike Figgis, produced by Ridley Scott and starring Albert Finney, Greta Scacchi, Matthew Modine, Michael Gambon, Julian Sands, Ben Silverstone, Oliver Milburn and Jim Sturgess. The album features the expanded and newly remastered original score from the film composed by Academy Award nominee Mark Isham (A River Runs Through It, Crash, Once Upon a Time, Miracle, 42, The Black Dahlia, Nell), including previously unreleased music.
