Craft Recordings will release a new soundtrack album for the 1965 movie musical classic The Sound of Music directed by Robert Wise and starring Julie Andrews, Christopher Plummer, Peggy Wood, Richard Haydn, Charmian Carr and Eleanor Parker. The album features expanded, remastered and remixed music from the film, including both the Rodgers/Hammerstein songs, as well as the movie’s score by Irwin Kostal.
