Alex Geringas (Arlo the Alligator Boy, Batwheels, TrollsTopia, Woody Woodpecker, Blue’s Big City Adventures) has composed the original score for the upcoming comedy Drugstore June. The film is directed by Nicholaus Goossen (Grandma’s Boy) and stars Esther Povitsky, Beverly D’Angelo, James Remar, Bobby Lee, Haley Joel Osment, Brandon Wardell, Miranda Cosgrove, Matt Walsh, Danny Griffin, Patricia Williams and Al Madrigal. The movie follows a young woman who still lives at home with her parents as she tries to investigate the robbery of the pharmacy in her small town, while at the same time trying to get over her ex-boyfriend and become more of an adult. Prosa Records has released a soundtrack album for the Austrian drama 15 Years (15 Jahre). The album features the film’s original score composed by Annette Focks (Night Train to Lisbon, 55 Steps, Sweethearts, Silent Heart, In Harm’s Way), original songs written by Max Prosa and performed by lead actress Hannah Herzsprung & others, as well as other music from the movie. The film marks the directorial debut of actress Tommy Dorfman and stars Corey Fogelmanis, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Alexandra Daddario, Cole Sprouse, Amy Landecker, Lena Dunham, Lexi Underwood, Judson Mills, Lisa Yamada and Brian Michael Smith. The movie is based Mason Deaver’s bestselling novel of the same title and follows a non-binary teen who – after being kicked out of the house by their conservative parents and forced to move in with their estranged older sister – embarks upon a journey of self-discovery.
