The film marks the live-action directorial debut of Carlos Saldanha (Rio, Ice Age: The Meltdown) and stars Zachary Levi, Zooey Deschanel, Lil Rel Howery, Ravi Patel, Camille Guaty, Pete Gardner and Tanya Reynolds. Walt Disney Records has released the first soundtrack album for the Disney Channel animated series Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. The album features the songs from the first season of the show, including the theme song Moon Girl Magic written and produced by executive music producer Raphael Saadiq (Lovecraft Country, Insecure, Underground, Black Nativity) and performed by series star Diamond White. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. A (green) cassette version is available to order here. Mercury Classics Soundtracks & Score will release the official soundtrack album for the British romantic comedy What’s Love Got to Do with It?. The album features the film’s original score composed by Nitin Sawhney (The Namesake, Breathe, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle, Traitors, Lila Says, A Girl from Mogadishu). Burt Bacharach (1928-2023)

Burt Bacharach has passed away yesterday at age 94. The Grammy Award-winning songwriter/composer and pianist has written hundreds of songs throughout his career, including numerous tracks written specifically for films and also composed several film scores. He won his first two Academy Awards for the song Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head (with Hal David) and the score from George Roy Hill’s western Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid in 1970 and received another Oscar a decade later for Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do) from Steve Gordon’s Arthur.
