Atlantic Screen Music/Filmtrax will release a soundtrack album for the horror thriller Cuckoo. The album features the film’s original music composed by Simon Waskow (Luz). The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 30 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1978 romantic comedy thriller Foul Play written and directed by Colin Higgins and starring Goldie Hawn, Chevy Chase, Dudley Moore, Burgess Meredith, Rachel Roberts, Eugene Roche, Brian Dennehy and Billy Barty. The 2-CD se features the expanded original music from the film composed and conducted by Charles Fox (9 to 5, Short Circuit 2, National Lampoon’s European Vacation, Little Darlings, Love American Style), including the complete score (including previously unreleased music), source music and alternate tracks on the first disc, and a remastered version of the original soundtrack album, as well the complete suite of cues recorded for The Mikado on the second disc.
