Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi action thriller The Running Man co-written and directed by Edgar Wright and starring Glen Powell, Josh Brolin, Lee Pace, Emilia Jones, Colman Domingo, William H. Macy, Michael Cera,Daniel Ezra and Jayme Lawson. The film’s original music is composed by Steven Price (Gravity, Fury, Last Night in Soho, Our Planet,Suicide Squad, Over the Moon, Baby Driver,  The Aeronauts, Heads of State, My Policeman, Heart of Stone). Milan Records soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Check out our previous article for the full album details and to learn more about the Paramount Pictures release.

Also opening wide is the heist thriller sequel Now You See Me: Now You Don’t directed by Ruben Fleischer and starring Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, Woody Harrelson, Justice Smith, Isla Fisher, Morgan Freeman, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt and Rosamund Pike. Brian Tyler (The Super Mario Bros. Movie,  Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Yellowstone, Crazy Rich Asians, Thor: The Dark World) has composed the film’s original score. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score next Friday, November 21 (click here to listen to two first tracks) and Interscope Records has released Reneé Rapp’s original song Lucky last month (click here to check out the song and for more information about the Lionsgate release). Epic Records has released the original song Salt Then Sour Then Sweet from the documentary Come See Me in the Good Light. The track co-written (with Andrea Gibson) and performed by Sara Bareilles feat. Brandi Carlile is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Come See Me in the Good Light is directed by Ryan White and centers on two poets, Gibson and Megan Falley, who are dealing with an incurable cancer diagnosis and go on a journey through love, life and mortality. Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole,  Welcome to Chippendales, Looking for Alaska) has teamed up with Alan DeMoss (Government Cheese, A Family Affair) to score the new Disney+ original movie A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The film is directed by Jessica Yu (Quiz Show) and stars Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Andrew Barth Feldman, KJ Apa, Laverne Cox, Andrea Martin, Kenny G,Randall Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Justin Tranter serves as the project’s executive music producer. ‘Zootopia 2’ Soundtrack Album Details

The full details of the soundtrack album for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ sequel Zootopia 2 have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost,  Ratatouille, The Batman, Jurassic World, Inside Out, Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Incredibles, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Star Trek) who previously composed the music for the original 2016 movie. Also included is Shakira’s original song Zoo (written with Ed Sheeran & Blake Slatkin), which has already been released as a digital single last month (check out official music video, which just premiered this past Wednesday, after the jump). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, November 21 by Walt Disney Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Zootopia 2 is directed by Jared Bush & Byron Howard and stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Quinta Brunson, Idris Elba, Fortune Feimster, Ke Huy Quan, Macaulay Culkin, Shakira herself, Patrick Warburton and Nate Torrence. ‘The Carpenter’s Son’ Soundtrack Album Released

Remise Musikverlag has released a soundtrack album for the supernatural thriller The Carpenter’s Son. The album features the film’s original music composed by Lorenz Dangel (September 5, The German Lesson, The Colony, A Fortunate Man, What Will People Say, Hell, The Robber). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Alexis Grapsas (A Quiet Place: Day One, Pig, Monday, What We Hide, Trigonometry, Teacher, Big Shot). Columbia Records has released the original song Dream As One from James Camneron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash. The track co-written (with Mark Ronson & Andrew Wyatt and the film’s composer Simon Franglen) and performed by Miley Cyrus is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. WaterTower Music will release the first-ever score album for the hit comedy drama Gilmore Girls created by Amy Sherman-Palladino and starring Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Melissa McCarthy, Keiko Agena, Kelly Bishop, Yanic Truesdale, Scott Patterson, Edward Herrmann, Jared Padalecki, Liza Weil & Milo Ventimiglia. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Sam Phillips (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Bunheads).
