Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi action thriller The Running Man co-written and directed by Edgar Wright and starring Glen Powell, Josh Brolin, Lee Pace, Emilia Jones, Colman Domingo, William H. Macy, Michael Cera,Daniel Ezra and Jayme Lawson. The film’s original music is composed by Steven Price (Gravity, Fury, Last Night in Soho, Our Planet,Suicide Squad, Over the Moon, Baby Driver, The Aeronauts, Heads of State, My Policeman, Heart of Stone). Also opening wide is the heist thriller sequel Now You See Me: Now You Don’t directed by Ruben Fleischer and starring Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco, Woody Harrelson, Justice Smith, Isla Fisher, Morgan Freeman, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt and Rosamund Pike. Brian Tyler (The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Fast & Furious, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Yellowstone, Crazy Rich Asians, Thor: The Dark World) has composed the film’s original score. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score next Friday, November 21 (click here to listen to two first tracks) and Interscope Records has released Reneé Rapp’s original song Lucky last month (click here to check out the song and for more information about the Lionsgate release).
