Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s limited series Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Bryce Dessner (of The National) (Train Dreams, The Two Popes, Cyrano, We Live in Time, Sing Sing, Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette. The Accountant 2, Bardo, A Good Person, She Came to Me, Manhunt). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 17. Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story is created by Ian Brennan and stars Ella Beatty, Vicky Krieps, Charlie Hunnam, Rebecca Hall, Jessica Barden, Joey Pollari, Billie Lourd and Sarah Paulson. The fourth installment of the Monster anthology series explores the case of Lizzie Borden, a young woman trapped in a cruel Victorian-era household, who kills her parents in a gory ax murder that shocks the nation.The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
