BBC Studios & The Walt Disney Company announced today that Joff Bush (Fisk, The Family Law, Australian Survior, The Strange Chores) will be returning to create the music for an upcoming film adaptation of the Australian hit animated series Bluey. The film is written and director by the show’s creator Joe Brumm and will stars Melanie Zanetti & David McCormack as Bluey’s mum and dad, Chilli and Bandit Heeler. Movistar Sound has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish TV series Celeste. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Lucas Vidal (Fast & Furious 6The Quiet Ones, The Deliverance, Welcome to Eden, The Raven, Palm Trees in the Snow, Women in Blue, The Cold Light of Day). Deadline is reporting that Rudy Mancuso is attached to compose the music for his second feature directorial effort, Stand-In. The film follows a Hollywood-obsessed stand-in who seizes his chance to shine after a series of events leads to the disappearance of the actor he’s standing in for. Mancuso is also writing the screenplay with Dan Lagana (American Vandal, The Babysitter: Killer Queen) based on a story by Andy Muschietti (It, The Flash) who is also producing the Amazon MGM Studios production with Barbara Muschietti (Locke & Key).
