Charlie Clouser has signed on to score the upcoming TNT original series Good Behavior. The show is created by Chad Hodge and author Blake Crouch and stars Michelle Dockery, Juan Diego Botto, Terry Kinney and Lusia Strus. The drama is based on Crouch’s Letty Dobesh novels and follows a thief and a con artist fresh out of prison who overhears a hitman being hired to kill a man’s wife and sets out to derail the job, launching her on a collision course with the killer. Warner Music Italy will release a soundtrack album for Giuseppe Tornatore’s drama Correspondence (La Corrispodenza). The album features the film’s original music composed and arranged by Ennio Morricone (Once Upon a Time in the West, The Hateful Eight, The Mission, Days of Heaven) who previously collaborated with the director on such movies as Cinema Paradiso, Malena and The Legend of 1900. The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 15, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Correspondence is written and directed by Tornatore and stars Jeremy Irons & Olga Kurylenko. Radiohead drummer Philip Selway is set to make his film scoring debut on the upcoming British drama Let Me Go. The film is written and directed by Polly Steele and stars Juliet Stevenson, Jodhi May, Lucy Boynton, Karin Bertling, Stanley Weber, Eva Magyar, Simona Hughes and Elizabeth Webster. The movie is based on the memoirs of Helga Schneider and centers on four generations of women from the same family who suffer from a trauma created over 70 years ago during the darkest period of World War II. Silva Screen Records will release a soundtrack album for the British comedy Dad’s Army. The album features the film’s original music composed by Charlie Mole (Mr. Selfridge, Othello, An Ideal Husband, The Importance Of Being Earnest). Also included is Bud Flanagan’s Dad’s Army TV theme Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Mr. Hitler, as well as Glenn Miller’s Moonlight Serenade. The Cinema Audio Society has announced the nominees for the 52nd Annual CAS Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing. For the past couple of years, scoring mixers have been recognized alongside production, re-recording, ADR and foley mixers. In the Motion Pictures – Live Action category, the scoring mixers honored include Thomas Vicari for Bridge of Spies (feat. music by Thomas Newman), Fabio Venturi for Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight (music by Ennio Morricone), Conrad Hensel for Alejandro G. Inarritu’s The Revenant (scored by Ryuichi Sakamoto & Alva Noto) and Shawn Murphy for J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: The Force Awakens (music by John Williams). Ballet Music from Starz’s ‘Flesh and Bone’ to Be Released

Varese Sarabande will release a new soundtrack album for the Starz original series Flesh and Bone. The album features the four-movement original Dakini Ballet composed by Adam Crystal. The composer wrote the music for the 13-minute original ballet created for the show by creator Moira Walley-Beckett and choreographer Ethan Stiefel. The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 15, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously reported, the label has also released a separate soundtrack featuring the show’s original score composed by Dave Porter. Plaza Major Company will release a soundtrack album for Embrace of the Serpent. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nascuy Linares. The soundtrack will be released digitally on January 22, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Embrace of the Serpent is directed by Ciro Guerra and centers on Karamakate, an Amazonian shaman and the last survivor of his people, and the two scientists who, over the course of 40 years, build a friendship with him. The drama, which was Columbia’s entry for this year’s Best Foreign Language Film category at the Academy Awards, premiered at last year’s Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Cannes Directors’ Fortnight and will be released in select U.S. theaters on February 12 by Oscilloscope Labaratories.
