Big Beat Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original movie XOXO. The album features the electronic dance music from the film by artists including Michael Brun, Skrillex & Diplo, Hitchhiker, Zaxx, Yotto, Disclosure, Alok Petrillo, Hayden Hames & more. The first track Make Me Feel by Galantis and East & Young is already available to download. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 26, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on iTunes. XOXO is directed by Christopher Louie and stars Sarah Hyland, Graham Phillips, Brett DelBuono, Chris D’Elia, Haley Kiyoko, Colin Woodel, Ryan Hansen, Ian Anthony Dale and Ione Skye. ‘Nocturama’ Soundtrack Announced

Rectangle Productions will release a soundtrack album for the French drama Nocturama. The album features the film’s original music written by the movie’s director Bertrand Bonello (Saint Laurent (Saint Laurent, House of Tolerance). Also included are songs performed by Shirley Bassey, Blondie, Chief Keef and Heartsrevolution, as well as John Barry’s theme from The Persuaders. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 26, 2016. Nocturama is written and directed by Bonello and stars Finnegan Oldfield, Vincent Rottiers, Manal Issa and Hamza Meziani. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rob Simonsen (Nerve, 500 Days of Summer, Foxcatcher, The Spectacular Now, Burnt). Viral is directed by Henry Joost & Ariel Schulman and stars Analeigh Tipton, Sofia Black-D’Elia and Michael Kelly. Chris Bacon has composed the music for the pilot of the upcoming Amazon original series The Tick. The show is created by Ben Edlund (Supernatural, Titan A.E.) based on his own comic book series and stars Peter Serafinowicz, Griffin Newman, Jackie Earle Haley, Valorie Curry, Yara Martinez and Brendan Hine. The superhero comedy follows an underdog accountant with zero powers in a city owned by a global villain who was thought to be dead. A soundtrack album has been released for the Japanese monster movie Godzilla Resurgence (aka Shin Godzilla). The album features the film’s original music composed by Shiro Sagisu (Attack on Titan, Bleach, Neon Genesis Evangelion) and Akira Ifukube. The soundtrack is now available in Japan and will be released in the U.S. on October 11, 2016. Visit Amazon to pre-order the album. No word yet on a domestic release. Godzilla Resurgence is co-directed by Hideaki Anno and Shinji Higuchi and stars Hiroki Hasegawa, Satomi Ishihara and Yutaka Takenouchi. The album features the show’s main title theme Lisztomania arranged by the show’s composer Roger Neill (Beginners, Don’t Think Twice), as well as a selection of the classical pieces used in the series’ first two seasons by Rachmaninoff, Berlioz, Mozart, Mendelssohn & more. The movie tells the true story of former Olympic hockey player Eric LeMarque who survived eight days following a snowboarding accident – and came to terms with his drug addiction and destructive behavior.
