Filmtrax/Atlantic Screen Music has released a soundtrack album for the action thriller Runner. The album features the film’s original music composed by Charlie Nguyen Kim. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s main themes after the jump. As previously reported, available separately as a digital single is Logan Pringle’s original song Until I See You, which was released last week as a digital single. Runner is directed by Scott Waugh and stars Alan Ritchson, Owen Wilson, Rodrigo Santoro, Leila George, Adriana Barraza, Peta Sergeant, Sullivan Stapleton and Geraldine Hakewill. The movie follows a former soldier and delivery driver who is tasked with transporting a liver meant for a gravely ill young girl’s transplant – and finds himself protecting the man who donated it, all while evading mercenaries determined to seize the organ at any cost.

Vere Music has released the original song Until I See You from the action thriller Runner. The track written by Jason Kuhn & Seth Mosley and performed by Logan Pringle is now available to stream/download (in two different versions) as a digital single on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Millennium Media Records will release the official soundtrack album for the action sequel Expend4bles. The album features the film’s original score composed by Guillaume Roussel (3 Days to Kill, Black Beauty, The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan, The Spy, Happy!, The Man with the Iron Heart). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 22 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Guillaume Roussel Scoring Scott Waugh’s ‘The Expendables 4’
Guillaume Roussel (Black Beauty, 3 Days to Kill, The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan, The Spy, Happy!) has recently been scoring the upcoming action sequel The Expendables 4. The film is directed by Scott Waugh (Act of War, Need for Speed) and stars Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren & Randy Couture who reprise their roles from the first three installments. They are joined by new cast members Iko Uwais, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, Levy Tran, Jacob Scipio and Andy Garcia.
Nathan Furst to Reteam with Scott Waugh on ‘Project X-Traction’
Composer Nathan Furst is reteaming with director Scott Waugh on the upcoming action thriller Project X-Traction. The film starring Jackie Chan and John Cena follows a retired Chinese military man and now private security contractor who is sent to rescue workers from a Chinese-run oil refinery under attack.When he learns that the attackers’ real plan is to steal a fortune in oil, he teams up with an American to stop them. Arash Amel (A Private War, Grace of Monaco) wrote the screenplay. Chan is also producing the project for his Sparkle Roll Media production company, alongside Joe Tam, Esmond Ren (Skiptrace) and Hans Canosa (Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac).
‘6 Below: Miracle on the Mountain’ Soundtrack Relased
Rising Phoenix Records has released a soundtrack album for the survival drama 6 Below: Miracle on the Mountain. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nathan Furst (Need for Speed, Act of Valor, Dust to Glory). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Furst also co-wrote the original end credits song I’ve Been Tested with Beth Waugh. The movie tells the true story of former professional hockey player Eric LeMarque who was stranded atop a Mountain for eight days.
Nathan Furst Scoring Scott Waugh’s ‘6 Below’
Nathan Furst is reteaming with director Scott Waugh on the upcoming thriller 6 Below. The film starring Josh Harnett, Sarah Dumont, Mira Sorvino and Nathan Stevens. The movie tells the true story of former Olympic hockey player Eric LeMarque who survived eight days following a snowboarding accident – and came to terms with his drug addiction and destructive behavior. Madison Turner has written the screenplay. Tucker Tooley (Limitless, A Man Apart) is producing the project with Simon Swart and Brad Pilz.
Nathan Furst Scoring ‘Need for Speed’
Nathan Furst is currently scoring the upcoming racing action movie Need for Speed. The film directed by Scott Waugh is based on the Electronic Arts video game franchise and follows an underground racecar driver who owns a garage that modifies expensive cars to make them faster for racing and is framed and sent to prison when his best friend is murdered during a race. The movie stars Aaron Paul, Dominic Cooper, Michael Keaton, Imogen Poots, Kid Cudi, Dakota Johnson, Ramon Rodriguez, Rami Malik and Harrison Gilbertson. George Gatins has written the screenplay based on an original story he developed with John Gatins (Flight, Real Steel) who is also producing the DreamWorks Pictures production with Patrick O’Brien and Mark Sourian.
