Intrada Records has announced a CD release of the soundtrack album for the Netflix original film The Thursday Murder Club. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Thomas Newman (The Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty, 1917, Road to Perdition, Finding Nemo, Skyfall, Wall-E, Bridge of Spies) and is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can find out more about the release. Netflix Music has previously released the original digital soundtrack album back in August. Also available for pre-order now is a vinyl edition (to be released on December 5 by Music on Vinyl) of the album. Premiering tonight is the PBS documentary series The American Revolution directed by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein & David Schmidt about the country’s founding struggle and its eight-year War for Independence. In a Circle Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the music from the show, including period and newly composed pieces for the project featuring performances by Jake Blount, Rhiannon Giddens, Brooklyn Rider, Hanneke Cassel, Nora Brown & Steph Coleman, Jennifer Kreisberg and Yo-Yo Ma, last week.
