Hollywood Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Hulu original series Chad Powers. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Emmy Award nominee Natalie Holt (Loki, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, Knightfall, Journey’s End, Victoria, The Princess, Rivals, Herself, Beecham House, Press). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 23 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Michael Leonhart Scoring NBC’s ‘Newlyweds’
Jazz trumpeter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer Michael Leonhart is making his television scoring debut on the new NBC comedy Newlyweds. The show is created by Gail Lerner (Black-ish, Animal Practice) & Jamie Lee Curtis and stars Téa Leoni, Tim Daly, Curtis herrself, Emma Meisel, Bill O’Neill, Ignacio Diaz-Silverio and Al Madrigal. The series tells a later-in-life love story about a free-spirited woman and a buttoned-up professor who marry impetuously after a whirlwind courtship.
‘VisionQuest’ Vol. 1 (Episodes 1-4) Soundtrack Album Details
The details of the first soundtrack album for Marvel’s Disney+ original series VisionQuest have been revealed. Hollywood Records has released the eighth song from the soundtrack for the FX original series The Drop: A Snowfall Saga. Available now to stream/download on all major digital music services is Ruff & Tuff (in four different versions) co-written by the project’s executive music producer Larrance “Rance 1500” Dopson and Jason “Problem” Martin (with Larry & Roger Troutman and Marcus White) and performed by Symba & Roger Troutman. Christopher Bear (of the rock band Grizzly Bear) (Past Lives, Roofman, Adults, High Maintenance, Carolina Caroline, Mother, Couch, Omaha, Swallowed, The Passenger) is scoring the new Hulu original series Phony. The show is created by Nick Paley (Marcel the Shell with Shoes On) and stars Connie Britton, Sam Nivola, Meera Syala, Grace Brennan, Mahaela Park, Maliq Johnson and Colter Lee. The coming-of-age mystery revolves around a teenager who wakes up in the hospital after a car accident to discover his mom – his only parent and his best friend – appears to have been replaced by an impostor.
‘Cyberpunk: Edgerunners’ Season 2 Soundtrack and Score Album Details
Milan Records will release two soundtrack albums for the second season of the Netflix anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The new season’s original music is composed by Kormac (The Diplomat, Dear England, This Town, Professionals, Red Election, Tarrac) & Gemma Doherty, taking over from Sarah Warne who scored the first two seasons. Season 3 of the drama, which is set in a Young Offenders Institution and explores the impact of incarcerating teenagers and the effects on those who look after them, premiered in the UK last Sunday on BBC One and will be making its U.S. debut on BritBox.

Trevor Yuile (Orphan Black, Into the Badlands, Killjoys, Orphan Black: Echoes ,Stag) is the composer of the new AMC+/Crave original series Yaga. The show is created by Kat Sandler based on her play of the same title and stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Noah Reid, Hudson Williams, Clark Backo, Sheila McCarthy, Megan Follows, Ezra Franky, Katharine Isabelle, Patrick Gilmore and Hiro Kanagawa. The 8-part mystery thriller is set in the small coastal town of Whittock and follows two investigators as they unlock dark secrets after questioning a mysterious professor about a missing student. Alanis Morissette has recorded a cover version of Donovan’s Season of the Witch (featured in the show’s trailer), which has been released as a digital single last month and can also be checked out after the jump.
