VRT MZK has released a soundtrack album for the Belgian TV series 1985. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jeroen Swinnen (The Twelve, Before We Die) & David Martijn (War of the Worlds, De Dag). Dino Meneghin (Lore, Dota: Dragon’s Blood, Eye Candy, Killing Gunther) is the composer of the new Paramount+ original series Wolf Pack. The show is developed by Jeff Davis (Criminal Minds) based on the book series by Edo Van Belkom and stars Armani Jackson, Bella Shepard, Tyler Lawrence Gray, Chloe Rose Robertson, Rodrigo Santoro and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The supernatural teen drama follows a teenage boy and girl whose lives are changed forever when a California wildfire awakens a terrifying supernatural creature and drives it to attack a highway traffic jam beneath the burning hills.

Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the Channel 4 comedy Everyone Else Burns. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Thomas Ross Fitzsimons (The Cathedral). Everyone Else Burns is written by Oliver Taylor & Dillon Mapletoft and stars Simon Bird, Kate O’Flynn, Amy James-Kelly, Harry Connor, Morgana Robinson, Kadiff Kirwan and Lolly Adefope. The series is set in a fictional Christian community and centers on a family headed by a patriarch who is devoted to preparing for Armageddon and avoiding eternal damnation, although worldly temptations sometimes get in the way.
Mokadelic Scoring Sky’s ‘Django’
The Italian psychedelic-post-rock collective Mokadelic (Gomorrah, Romulus, The Immortal) is composing the original score for the upcoming Sky original drama Django. The show is created and written by Leonardo Fasoli (ZeroZeroZero) & Maddalena Ravagli loosely based on the cult classic by Sergio Corbucci and stars Matthias Schoenaerts, Nicholas Pinnock, Lisa Vicari and Noomi Rapace. The 10-part western directed by Francesca Comencini is set in Texas in the late 1800s and follows a jaded cowboy in search of the daughter he thought he had lost.
Matthew Slater Scoring PBS Masterpiece’s & ITV’s ‘Tom Jones’
Matthew Slater (Endeavour, Grace) has recently scored the upcoming PBS Masterpiece & ITV limited series Tom Jones. The show is written by Gwyneth Hughes (Vanity Fair, Remember Me) based on Henry Fielding’s classic novel The History of Tom Jones, A Foundling and stars Solly McLeod, Sophie Wilde, Hannah Waddingham, James Fleet, Shirley Henderson, Alun Armstrong, Felicity Montagu, James Wilbraham, Tamzin Merchant and Pearl Mackie. The 4-part romantic comedy directed by Georgia Parris chronicles the title character’s complicated journey to find real love.
Netflix’s ‘Agent Elvis’ to Feature Music by Tyler Bates & Timothy Williams
Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, 300, Watchmen, John Wick, Dawn of the Dead) & Timothy Williams (Brightburn, Finding You, We Summon the Darkness) have teamed up to score the upcoming Netflix animated series Agent Elvis. The show is created by Priscilla Presley & John Eddie and follows Elvis Presley as he trades in his jumpsuit for a jetpack when he joins a secret government spy program to help battle the dark forces that threaten the country.
‘National Treasure: Edge of History’ Soundtrack Album Details
Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original series National Treasure: Edge of History. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Trevor Rabin (Remember the Titans, Armageddon, Con Air, Gone in 60 Seconds, Bad Boys 2) who previously scored both National Treasure features. Paul Linford (12 Monkeys) contributed additional music. Also included are several songs performed by lead actor Jake Austin Walker. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 18. Gaumont Animation has released a soundtrack album for the French animated series Bionic Max. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Maxime Singer & Anthony Burlot. Bionic Max is created by Thomas Digard & Emmanuel Klotz and follows a malfunctioning bionic guinea pig and his goldfish buddy who escape from their laboratory and have to try to fit in with the local wildlife.
