The movie, which follows a family whose vacation to a remote getaway takes an unexpected turn when they discover the island they’re on is inhabited by a serial killer, premiered at this year’s Fantastic Fest and is being released by IFC Films.

Opening in New York this weekend before expanding to Los Angeles next Friday and expanding to more markets in the coming weeks is the drama Oh, Canada written and directed by Schrader and starring Richard Gere, Uma Thurman, Jacob Elordi, Michael Imperioli and Victoria Hill. The film’s original music is composed by Phosphorescent (aka Matthew Houck).
