Premiering today is the Paramount+ original series Mayor of Kingstown created by Taylor Sheridan & Hugh Dillon and starring Jeremy Renner, Dianne Wiest, Kyle Chandler, Taylor Handley, Dillon himself, Emma Laird and Tobi Bamtefa. The show’s original music is composed by Andrew Lockington (San AndreasJourney to the Center of the Earth, Frontier, Rampage, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, City of Ember, The Space Between Us). Also premiering today is the Showtime original series Yellowjackets created by Ashley Lyle & Bart Nickerson and starring Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis,  Warren Kole, Tawny Cypress, Ella Purnell, Samantha Hanratty, Sophie Nélisse, Sophie Thatcher, Steven Krueger and Jasmin Savoy Brown. Theodore Shapiro (The Devil Wears Prada, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Bombshell,  Tropic Thunder, Destroyer, Ghostbusters) has composed the original score for the pilot episode and Anna Waronker (Shrill, The Republic of Sarah, Call Me Kat) is scoring the later episodes. Premiering on Wednesday, November 17 is the Hulu animated series Marvel’s Hit-Monkey created by Josh Gordon & Will Speck based on the Marvel Comics characters and starring Fred Tatasciore, Jason Sudeikis, Ally Maki, George Takei, Nobi Nakanishi and Olivia Munn. The show’s original music is composed by Daniel Rojas (Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts). A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be announced soon. Premiering on Thursday, November 18, is the Netflix original film The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star directed by Michael Rohl and starring Vanessa Hudgens, Remy Hii, Nick Sagar and Sam Palladio. Jina Hyojin An & Shirley Song (Freelancers Anonymous) have composed the movie’s original music. The romantic comedy, which follows Queen Margaret and Princess Stacy as they enlist the help of Margaret’s audacious look-alike cousinwho teams with a mysterious man from her past to retrieve a stolen relic, will be available to stream on Netflix.

Premiering on Friday, November 19 is the Amazon original series The Wheel of Time developed by Rafe Judkins and starring Rosamund Pike, Josha Stradowski, Madeleine Madden, Barney Harris, Marcus Rutherford, Hammed Animashaun, Álvaro Morte, Zoë Robins, Daniel Henney, Priyanka Bose, Johann Myers, Taylor Napier and Emmanuel Imani. The show’s original music is composed by Lorne Balfe (Black WidowMission: Impossible – Fallout, His Dark MaterialsThe Lego Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life). A first soundtrack album featuring the composer’s principal themes was released this past Friday by Milan Records and three more soundtracks will be coming out over the next couple of weeks. Also premiering on Friday is the Netflix original series Cowboy Bebop developed by Andre Nemec & Jeff Pinkner based on the anime series created by Hajime Yatate and starring  John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, Daniella Pineda, Alex Hassell and Elena Satine. Yoko Kanno who previously scored all episodes of the 90s anime series, as well the 2001 feature Cowboy Bebop: The Movie is composing the show’s original music. A soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score will be coming out this coming Friday.
