Intrada Records has announced the world premiere release of the complete original score for the 2003 action comedy Agent Cody Banks directed by Harald Zwart and starring Frankie Muniz and Hilary Duff. The album features the film’s original music written by Academy Award-nominated composer John Powell (How to Train Your Dragon, The Bourne Identity, Happy Feet, Rio, Shrek). Hip-O Records has previously released a soundtrack album for the movie, which featured the songs from the comedy, as well as two cues from Powell’s score. The label has also announced the CD release of the soundtrack for the 1966 comedy The Trouble with Angels directed by Ida Lupino and starring Rosalind Russell and Hayley Mills. The soundtrack features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith (Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Patton, Planet of the Apes, The Omen), included the content of the original soundtrack album, as well as the complete score from the movie.
