Christophe Beck is scoring the upcoming animated feature Peanuts. The film is directed by Steve Martino (Horton Hears a Who!, Ice Age: Continental Draft) is based on the comic strip by Charles M. Schulz and marks the first CGI-animated fiom based on the property and the first feature featuring the characters in 35 years. The movie follows Snoopy who embarks upon his greatest mission as he and his team take to the skies to pursue their arch-nemesis, while his best friend Charlie Brown begins his own quest back home. Paul Feig (Bridesmaids, The Heat) is producing the Blue Sky Studios production with Bryan & Craig Schulz, Cornelius Uliano and Michael J. Travers. The project will mark Beck’s second animated feature following last year’s Frozen. Peanuts is set to be released on November 8, 2015 by 20th Century Fox.
