Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, Runaways, Queenpins, Looking for Alaska) has composed the original score for the upcoming Amazon original movie I Want You Back. The film is directed by Jason Orley (Big Time Adolescence) and stars Charlie Day, Jenny Slate, Gina Rodriguez, Scott Eastwood, Manny Jacinto and Clark Backo. The romantic comedy follows two thirty-somethings who have been dumped by their respective partners and hatch a plan to win back their exes with unexpected results. Isaac Aptaker & Elizabeth Berger (Love, Simon) wrote the screenplay and are also producing the project with Peter Safran (Aquaman, The Conjuring) and John Rickard (How to Be Single, Rampage). I Want You Back will premiere on February 11, 2022 exclusively on Amazon Prime.
Khosla also continues to score the Aptaker- & Berger-produced NBC drama This Is Us, which is returning for its sixth and final season on January 4, as well as Hulu series Love, Victor, which will return for a third season this year. He is also expected to return to score the second season of Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building.
