Viacom International will release a soundtrack album for the Paramount+ animated series Star Trek: Prodigy. The album features the show’s main title theme composed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, The Incredibles, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Jurassic World, Inside Out, Ratatouille, Doctor Strange), as well as selections of the series’ original score written by Nami Melumad (An American Pickle, Absentia, Miss Arizona). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 29 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Star Trek: Prodigy is developed by Kevin & Dan Hageman and features the voices of Rylee Alazraqui, Brett Gray, Jason Mantzoukas, Ella Purnell, Angus Imrie and Dee Bradley Baker.

Paramount+ has released the opening titles sequence for the upcoming animated series Star Trek: Prodigy. Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, The Incredibles, Jurassic World, Inside Out, Ratatouille, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) who previously scored the last three Star Trek features (Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness and Star Trek Beyond) has composed the main title theme. Nami Melumad to Score Nickelodeon’s ‘Star Trek: Prodigy’
Nami Melumad (An American Pickle, Absentia, Miss Arizona) has been tapped to score the upcoming Nickelodeon animated series Star Trek: Prodigy. The show is created by Kevin Hageman & Dan Hageman (Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu) and follows a group of lawless teens who discover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it to search for adventure, meaning and salvation. Kate Mulgrew will star as her Star Trek: Voyager character Kathryn Janeway. No other casting announcements have been made yet.
