Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish Netflix limited series The Last Night at Tremore Beach (La última noche en Tremor). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Fernando Velázquez (A Monster Calls, The Impossible, The Orphanage, Crimson Peak, Hercules, Devil, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies). The Last Night at Tremore Beach is created and directed by Oriol Paulo and stars Javier Rey, Ana Polvorosa, Willy Toledo and Pilar Castro. The 8-part thriller is based on Mikel Santiago’s best-selling novel of the same name and follows a tormented pianist who is struck by lightning and begins having perilous visions of his future and a deadly threat seems to loom over his loved ones.

Fernando Velázquez Scoring Netflix’s ‘The Last Night at Tremore Beach’
Composer Fernando Velázquez (A Monster Calls, The Impossible, Crimson Peak, The Orphanage, Hercules, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Devil) is reuniting with writer/director Oriol Paulo on the upcoming Spanish Netflix limited series The Last Night at Tremore Beach (La última noche en Tremor Beach). The show is created, co-written and directed by Paulo and stars Javier Rey, Ana Polvorosa, Willy Toledo and Pilar Castro. The 8-part psychological thriller is based on the best-selling novel of the same title by Mikel Santiago and follows a musician and composer in crisis who retreats into a coastal village in the north to finish his latest work, when he begins to experience some terrifying visions about his neighbors.
‘God’s Crooked Lines’ Soundtrack Released
Atresmedia Música has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish psychological thriller God’s Crooked Lines (Los Renglones Torcidos de Dios). The album features the film’s original music composed by Fernando Velázquez (A Monster Calls, The Impossible, The Orphanage, Mama, Crimson Peak, Devil, Hercules). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Quartet Records has released a limited edition CD version (visit the label’s official website to order). God’s Crooked Lines is co-written and directed by Oriol Paulo and stars Bárbara Lennie, Eduard Fernández, Pablo Derqui, Loreto Mauleón and Adelfa Calvo. The movie is based on the novel of the same title by Torcuato Luca de Tena and revolves around a woman believing to be a private investigator who enters a mental hospital voluntarily to find out who murdered the father of an alleged client.
Theme Song from Netflix’s ‘The Innocent’ (‘El Inocente’) Released
Dos Barbas Records has released the theme song from the new Spanish Netflix limited series The Innocent (El Inocente). The Innocent is co-written and directed by Oriol Paulo and stars Mario Casas, Alexandra Jiménez, Aura Garrido, José Coronado, Juana Acosta, Susi Sánchez, Ana Wagener, Gonzalo de Castro, Martina Gusmán, Xavi Sáez, Miki Esparbé and Anna Alarcón. The 8-part thriller is based on Harlan Coben’s novel of the same title and revolves around an accidental killing that leads a man down a dark hole of intrigue and murder.

Quartet Records will release a soundtrack album for the Spanish supernatural thriller Mirage (Durante la tormenta). The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Fernando Velazquez (The Impossible, Crimson Peak, Mama, The Orphanage, Hercules, A Monster Calls).
