WaterTower Music will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Sweet Tooth. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Jeff Grace (In a Valley of Violence, Stake Land, Certain Women, The House of the Devil,Meek’s Cutoff, In the Shadow in the Moon, Night Moves). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 25 and will be available to stream/download here. Sweet Tooth is developed by Jim Mickle & Beth Schwartz based on the DC comic book series by Jeff Lemire and stars Christian Convery, Nonso Anozie, Adeel Akhtar, Will Forte, Aliza Vellani,Stefania LaVie Owen, Dania Ramirez, Neil Sandilands and James Brolin. The fantasy drama tells the story of a hybrid deer-boy and a wandering loner who embark on an extraordinary adventure across a post-apocalyptic world.

Jeff Grace Scoring Jim Mickle’s ‘In the Shadow of the Moon’
Jeff Grace is reuniting with director Jim Mickle on the upcoming Netflix original movie In the Shadow of the Moon. The film starring Boyd Holbrook, Michael C. Hall, Cleopatra Coleman and Bokeem Woodbine follows a Chicago detective who leads the hunt for an elusive serial killer whose crimes are timed to the lunar cycle. Gregory Weidman & Geoff Tock wrote the screenplay. Brian Kavanaugh-Jones (Sinister, Midnight Special) & Rian Cahill are producing the sci-fi thriller for Automatik, alongside Ben Pugh (Welcome to the Punch, The Autopsy of Jane Doe) for 42, and Linda Moran (Transamerica) & Mickle for Nightshade.
Jeff Grace to Score SundanceTV’s ‘Hap and Leonard’
Jeff Grace has been tapped to score the upcoming SundanceTV original series Hap and Leonard. The show is created by Jim Mickle & Nick Damici and stars James Purefoy, Michael Kenneth Williams and Christina Hendricks. The drama is set in 1980s East Texas and centers on Hap Collins, a white working-class ex-con, and Leonard Pine, an openly gay, black Vietnam vet with anger issues. Mickle and Damici are also executive producing the Sundance Studios production with Nick Shumaker (Another Earth) and Jeremy Platt (The Violent Kind). Grace has previously collaborated with Mickle on his last three features, Stake Land, We Are What We Are and Cold in July.

Jeff Grace is reuniting with director Jim Mickle on the upcoming thriller Cold in July. The film starring Michael C. Hall, Don Johnson, Sam Shepard, Vinessa Shaw, Nick Damici and Wyatt Russell follows a small-town Texas man kills a home intruder, only to see his life violently unravel. Mickle has also co-written the screenplay with his writing partner Nick Damici based on the cult novel of the same title by Joe Lansdale. Linda Moran & René Bastian (Transamerica), Marie Savare de Laitre and Adam Folk (Mulberry Street) are producing the project. Grace has previously collaborated with Mickle on his last two features Stake Land and this year’s We Are What We Are.
