Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French Disney+ limited series The Lost Station Girls (Les Disparues de la Gare). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Saycet (aka Pierre Lefeuvre) (Tycoon, Blazing Neon, La Révolution, Man Up!). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to two tracks from the composer’s score after the jump. The Lost Station Girls is created by Gaëlle Bellan and stars Camille Razat, Hugo Becker, Patrick Timsit and Melanie Doutey. The 6-part drama directed by Virginie Sauveur is based on the true story of a teenage girl who disappeared and three young women who were murdered between 1995 and 2001 in the South of France and centers on the decades long quest that ensues to bring the missing home and bring the serial killer responsible to justice.

Hollywood Records has released the fourth soundtrack album for the South Korean Disney+/Hulu original series Tempest. The album features selections of the original music from the fourth and final part of the show composed by Jaeil Jung (Parasite, Squid Game, Okja, Twinless,Mickey 17, Broker) and Dalpalan (Believer, Moving, The Wailing, A Bittersweet Life). The Part 4 soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the first track from each composer after the jump. The label has previously three albums featuring Jung’s & Dalpalan’s score from Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 over the last couple of weeks. Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi adventure Long Distance. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Steven Price (Gravity, Our Planet, Fury, Last Night in Soho, Over the Moon, Suicide Squad, Baby Driver, Heads of State, The World’s End). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Ariel Marx Scoring Michelle Garza Cervera’s ‘The Hand That Rocks the Cradle’ Remake
Ariel Marx (Shiva Baby, Dying for Sex, Candy, Sanctuary, A Small Light, A Friend of the Family, Happy Face, The Tale) has composed the original score for the upcoming psychological thriller The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. The film is directed by Michelle Garza Cervera (Huesera: The Bone Woman) and stars Maika Monroe, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Raúl Castillo, Mileiah Vega, Martin Starr, Riki Lindhome and Shannon Cochran. The movie is a reimagining of Curtis Hanson’s 1992 feature of the same title (scored by Graeme Revell) and revolves around a nanny who starts to work for a suburban couple, but it soon becomes clear that she’s got a very ulterior motive.

Premiering on Tuesday, September 23 is the FX original series The Lowdown created by Sterlin Harjo and starring Ethan Hawke, Keith David, Kyle MacLachlan, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Kaniehtiio Horn, Tim Blake Nelson, Michael “Killer Mike” Render and Tracy Letts. The show’s original music is composed by singer/songwriter and guitarist JD McPherson who has made his scoring debut on the project. The neo-noir crime drama, which revolves around a self-proclaimed Tulsa “truthstorian” whose obsession with the truth is always getting him into trouble, will air every Tuesday night on FX and will also be available to stream on Hulu.
Premiering on Wednesday, September 24, is the Prime Video original series Hotel Costiera created by Elena Bucaccio & Francesco Arlanch and starring Jesse Williams, Maria Chiara Giannetta, Jordan Alexandra, Antonio Gerardi, Sam Haygarth, Tommaso Ragno, Amanda Campana, Pierpaolo Spollon, Alejandra Onieva and Jean-Hugues Anglade. The track (originally written by Thomas Bangalter, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Nile Rodgers & Pharrell Williams) is produced (with Josiah Mazzaschi) & performed by the rock duo Deap Vally and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon.
