Hollywood Records has released a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Central Park. The album features the songs from the first part of the show’s second season written by Kate Anderson & Elyssa Samsel (Olaf’s Frozen Adventure), as well as guest songwriters including They Might Be Giants, Rufus Wainwright, Tank & The Bangas, Regina Spektor, John Cameron Mitchell and Ingrid Michaelson. The Songs in the Key of Park (Vol. 1) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. The label has previously released a full soundtrack album featuring the songs from Season 1, as well a multiples digital EPs and singles featuring the songs from each episode. Batu Sener Scoring Disney+’s ‘Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild’

Batu Sener is currently recording his score for the upcoming animated feature Ice Age: Adventures of Buck Wild. The film stars Simon Pegg as the voice of the title character (who appeared in the Ice Age features Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Continental Drift and Collision Course) and follows Buck Wild as he goes go on a new adventure in the Dinosaur World, alongside Crash and Eddie. No other casting announcements have been made yet for the 20th Century Animation production. Sener has previously contributed additional music to several scores by composer John Powell, including How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, The Call of the Wild and Solo: A Star Wars Story. Powell has scored the second, third and fourth installment in the Ice Age feature series, while David Newman scored the original 2002 film and John Debney composed the music for the fifth installment. Soundtrack Album for BritBox’s & ITV’s ‘Professor T’ to Be Released

Silva Screen Records will release a soundtrack album for the BritBox/ITV drama Professor T. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Hannes De Maeyer (Gangsta, The Racer, Torpedo, Rafaël, Black). The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 20, 2021 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Professor T is developed by Matt Baker & Malin-Sarah Gozin based on the Belgian series of the same title created by Paul Piedfort and stars Ben Miller, Emma Naomi, Barney White, Andy Gathergood, Sarah Woodward, Juliet Aubrey and Frances de la Tour. Premiering on Tuesday, August 3, is the documentary Pray Away directed by Kristine Stolakis and executive produced by Ryan Murphy. The film’s original music is composed by Laura Karpman (Lovecraft Country, What If…?, Underground, Paris Can Wait, Set It Up, Step, Black Nativity) & Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum (Bird Karma, Stockholm, Pennsylvania, Regarding Susan Sontag, Don’t Look Deeper, Half the Picture). The movie, which follows a group of ex-leaders and a survivor of the so-called “conversion therapy” movement as they speak out about its harm to the LGBTQ+ community and its devastating persistence, premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival and will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
Premiering in the U.S. on Thursday, August 5 is the French horror comedy Teddy written and directed by Ludovic & Zoran Boukherma and starring Anthony Bajon, Noémie Lvovsky and Christine Gautier. Amaury Chabauty (Vendeur) has composed the film’s original music. 22D Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in June when the movie opened in French theaters. Film at Lincoln Center confirmed this week that Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood (Phantom Thread, There Will Be Blood, Inherent Vice, The Master, You Were Never Really Here) has composed the original score for the upcoming drama The Power of the Dog. The film is written and directed by Jane Campion (The Piano, The Portrait of a Lady) and stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons and Kodi Smit-McPhee. The movie is based on Thomas Savage 1967 novel of the same name and follows a domineering, magnetic rancher who responds with mocking cruelty when his brother brings home a new wife and her son, until the unexpected comes to pass. ‘Titane’ Soundtrack Album Details

Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the French horror thriller Titane. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jim Williams (Raw, Possessor, Beast, Sightseers, Kill List, A Field in England). Also included is Lisa Abbott’s rendition of the folk song Wayfaring Stranger. The soundtrack is now available in French digital music stores and will be released in the U.S. on October 1, 2021. Titane is written and directed by Julia Ducournau and stars Agathe Rousselle, Vincent Lindon, Laïs Salameh and Garance Marillier. Opening in most theaters is the fantasy adventure Jungle Cruise directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and starring Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Edgar Ramirez, Jesse Plemons, Jack Whitehall and Paul Giamatti. The film’s original music is composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, King Kong, Maleficent, The Sixth Sense, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The Fugitive, The Village). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Milan Records has released the fourth soundtrack for the Apple TV+ original series Schmigadoon! The 6-track EP features the original songs from the fourth episode of the show written by Cinco Paul (Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax), as well as two score cues composed by Christopher Willis (The Death of Stalin,The Personal History of David Copperfield, Veep). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the Disney Channel original movie Spin. The album features the film’s original songs written, produced and performed by Grammy Award winner Marius de Vries (Coda, Kick-Ass, Strange Magic, Easy Virtue, Sucker Punch). Fiora Cutler co-wrote several of the tracks. Also included are two cues from de Vries’ original score. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Spin is directed by Manjari Makijany and stars Abhay Deol, Meera Syal, Aryan Simhadri, Michael Bishop, Anna Cathcart, Jahbril Cook and Kerri Medders.
