Because Music has released a soundtrack album for the French drama Rise (En Corps). The album features the film’s original score composed by Israeli choreographer Hofesh Shechter and the movie’s director Cédric Klapisch (Back to Burgundy, Someone, Somewhere). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Rise is co-written and directed by Klapisch and stars Marion Barbeau, Hofesh Shechter, Muriel Robin, Denis Podalydes, Pio Marmaï, François Civil and Souheila Yacoub. The movie follows a ballerina who gets injured in a devastating fall on stage that leaves her unable to dance for up to two years and slowly starts to rebuild her life while redirecting her efforts to contemporary dance. Craig DeLeon (The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey, Music,  Scandalous: The True Story of the National Enquirer, The Last Survivors) has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original film End of the Road. The movie is directed by Millicent Shelton (Ride) and stars Queen Latifah, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges and Beau Bridges. The thriller follows a woman who embarks on a cross-country trip with her family to start a new life, when they become the targets of a mysterious killer in the New Mexico desert and must learn to fight back. Envisage Entertainment will release the first-ever score album for the 1995 comedy Friday directed by F. Gary Gray and starring Ice Cube, Chris Tucker, Nia Long, Tom “Tiny” Lister, Jr. and Anna Maria Horsford. The album features the original score from the New Line Cinema production composed by Frank Fitzpatrick (Nuns on the RunBreaking the Rules, The Larry Sanders Show, Paid in FullHighway to Hell) & Hidden Faces. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, April 8 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The show is directed by Rick Famuyiwa (Dope, The Chi) and centers on the life and career of one of the world’s most iconic figures, Earvin “Magic” Johnson. The album features the film’s original music composed by Elik Álvarez (Life in the Doghouse, Harry & Snowhouse, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions) & Yoncarlos Medina (The House at the End of Time). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, April 1 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Exorcism of God is co-written and directed by Alejandro Hidalgo and stars Will Beinbrink, Joseph Marcell, María Gabriela de Faría, Hector Kotsifakis and Irán Castillo. The movie is set in an isolated Mexican town and follows an American priest who becomes possessed by the Devil, subsequently committing a terrible sacrilege, and – 18 years later – must battle evil again when the demon returns to unleash a deadly disease. The show is developed by David E. The 6-part thriller directed by S.J. Clarkson (Collatoral, Love, Nina) centers on a sexual consent scandal amongst British privileged elite and the women caught up in its wake.
