Bucks Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC comedy drama Small Prophets. The album features the show’s original score composed by Cinder Well (the musical project of Amelia Baker). Also included is the theme song, The Wise Man’s Song, which has previously been released as a digital single, as well as a demo version of the track. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 2 with a vinyl release expected via Hen House Studios at the same time.Two more singles will be coming out this Friday, September 18. Small Prophets is created, written and directed by Mackenzie Crook and stars Pearce Quigley, Sir Michael Palin, Lauren Patel, Crook herself, Sophie Willan, Jon Pointing and Paul Kaye. The series follows an ordinary DIY store worker who uses his father’s eccentric alchemical recipe to brew future-predicting magical spirits in the hope of finding his darling who disappeared seven years ago. Netflix Music will release a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original animated series Stranger Things: Tales from ’85. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s second season composed by Brad Breeck (Gravity Falls, Voltron: Legendary Defender, Kiff, We Bare Bears, The Owl House). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 17 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services.
