The album features selections of the composer’s original score from the show and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The Twelve is based on the 2019 Belgian series De twaalf created by Sanne Nuyens & Bert Van Dael and stars Sam Neill, Marta Dusseldorp and Kate Mulvany. The 10-part drama tells the story of twelve ordinary Australians who are selected for jury duty in a murder trial, in which a woman stands accused of killing her teenage niece. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the comedy Book Club: The Next Chapter directed by Bill Holderman and starring Mary Steenburgen, Diane Keaton, Candice Bergen, Jane Fonda, Andy Garcia and Craig T. Nelson. The film’s original score is composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Daisy Jones and the Six, Shrinking, Early Man). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as an original song co-written by Steenburgen today.
