Netflix Music has released a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s Japanese original series Alice in Borderland. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Yutaka Yamada (Kingdom, Inuyashiki, Bleach). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on most major digital music services, including Amazon. A first soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score from Season 1 was released back in 2020. Alice in Borderland is based on the graphic novel of the same title by Haro Aso and stars Kento Yamazaki, Tao Tsuchiya, Nijiro Murakami, Keita Machida, Yuki Morinaga and Ayaka Miyoshi. British songwriter and composer Daniel Blumberg is set to score the upcoming drama The Brutalist. The film is directed by Brady Corbet (Vox Lux, Childhood of a Leader) and stars Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, Joe Alwyn, Raffey Cassidy, Alessandro Nivola, Stacy Martin, Isaach De Bankolé, Jonathan Hyde and Peter Polycarpou. Music Box Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the French 1965 adventure comedy Up to His Ears (Les Tribulations d’un Chinois en Chine) directed by Philippe de Broca and starring Jean-Paul Belmondo, Ursula Andress and Jean Rochefort. The Newton Brothers are currently scoring the upcoming Netflix limited series The Fall of the House of Usher. The show is created by Mike Flanagan and stars Mary McDonnell, Carl Lumbly, Bruce Greenwood, Mark Hamill and Carla Gugino. The 8-part horror drama is based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe’s short story of the same title and other works by the author and is being described as “an epic tale of greed, horror and tragedy.” Flanagan is also executive producing the Intrepid Pictures production with Trevor Macy (The Raven, The Bye Bye Man), as well as Emmy Grinwis and Michael Fimognari (To All the Boys: P.S.
