The movie is written and directed by Saulnier and stars Aaron Pierre, Don Johnson, AnnaSophia Robb, Emory Cohen, David Denman, James Cromwell, Zsané Jhé, Steve Zissis and Dana Lee. The World Soundtrack Academy has announced the nominees for the 2024 World Soundtrack Awards in the categories of Film Composer of the Year, Television Composer of the Year and Best Original Song. The winners will be announced at the 24th World Soundtrack Awards ceremony, which will take place on October 16, 2024 at the Capitole Ghent as the closing night of the Film Fest Gent. Netflix Music has released the cover version of the Umberto Tozzi song Gloria from the Italian Netflix limited series The Life You Wanted (La vita che volevi). The track (originally written by Tozzi & Giancarlo Bigazzi) is performed by lead actress Vittoria Schisano and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The label has previously released a full soundtrack album featuring Gabriele Roberto’s original score from the show this past June.
