22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature Chickenhare and the Secret of the Groundhog (Hopper et le secret de la marmotte ). The album features the film’s original music composed by the Belgian band Puggy (The Son of Bigfoot, Bigfoot Family, The Inseparables) who previously scored 2022’s original Chickenhare and the Hamster of Darkness movie. Soundtrack Album for PBS’ ‘Maigret’ to Be Released

Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the PBS Masterpiece series Maigret. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Uèle Lamore (The Balconettes, The Apology, Above Water). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 24 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The composer’s closing titles track is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. Maigret is developed by Patrick Harbinson based on the bestselling novels by Georges Simenon and stars Benjamin Wainwright, Stefanie Martini, Blake Harrison, Kerrie Hayes, Shaniqua Okwok, Reda Elazouar, Rob Kazinsky and Nathalie Armin. Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish Netflix original film She Walks in Darkness (Un fantasma en la batalla). Making its linear debut in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series The Guest created by Matthew Barry and starring Eve Myles, Gabrielle Creevy, Sion Daniel Young, Julian Lewis Jones, Bethan Mary-James, Emun Elliott, Catherine Ayers, Clive Russell and Joseph Ollman. The show’s original music is composed by Blair Mowat (Class, Nolly, McDonald & Dodds, Black Dog, Doctor Jekyll, After the Flood, Electric Man). Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score las month following the drama’s UK debut on BBC One. Klaus Doldinger passed away this past Thursday at age 89 in Munich, Germany. The jazz musician, composer and arranger wrote numerous scores for film and television between the late 1960s and the late 2010s. His best known feature scoring credits include Wolfgang Petersen’s Academy Award-nominated 1981 submarine war epic Das Boot, Petersen’s 1984 fantasy adventure The NeverEnding Story, Andrew Berkin’s 1992 romantic drama Salt on Our Skin and Volker Schlöndorff’s 1998 thriller Palmetto.
