Music On Vinyl will release a new “expanded” soundtrack album for the sci-fi action adventure Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. The limited double vinyl edition features the film’s original score composed by Jongnic Bontemps (4400, Redfall, World’s Best, My Name Is Pauli Murray, Wedding Season, United Skates), including five previously unreleased track. The soundtrack will be released on December 15 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The original soundtrack album was released this past June by Milan Records. Walt Disney Records has announced Indiana Jones: The Complete Collection Box Set, a new limited edition 5-CD set, which includes every score from Lucasfilm’s Indiana Jones film series: Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and this year’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Academy Award winner John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Jaws, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Saving Private Ryan, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone) has composed the scores for all five titles. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary short The Last Repair Shop. The album features the film’s original score composed by Katya Richardson. Grammy & Emmy Award-nominated composer Kris Bowers (BridgertonGreen Book, King Richard, Secret Invasion, Haunted Mansion, Space Jam: A New LegacyDear White People) has co-directed the short and also contributed the themes to the score. The album features the music from the film composed by Ryuichi Sakamoto (The Last EmperorThe Revenant, Merry Christmas Mr. LawrenceLittle Buddha, Snake Eyes), including two original pieces, which the late composer wrote for the project, as well as several tracks from his solo albums.
