Manners McDade has released a soundtrack album for the BBC documentary series Shakespeare: Rise of a Genius. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Nick Foster (Thunderbirds Are Go, Greatest Days, Misha and the Wolves, The A List, In My Skin, Year of the Rabbit). ‘Faraway Downs’ Soundtrack Album Released

Sony Music Australia has released a soundtrack album for the Hulu original limited series Faraway Downs. The album features the show’s theme song The Way written and performed by Budjerah & Matt Corby (also available separately as a digital single from Hollywood Records), as well as tracks by Electric Fields, King Stingray, Jessica Mauboy and Miiesh. Already playing in theaters nationwide since this past Wednesday is the animated musical comedy Wish directed by Chris Buck & Fawn Veerasunthorn and starring Ariana DeBose, Chris Pine, Angelique Cabral, Victor Garber, Alan Tudyk, Natasha Rothwell, Harvey Guillén, Evan Peters and Ramy Youseff. The film’s original songs are written by Julia Michaels & Benjamin Rice and the movie’s original score is composed by Dave Metzger (Brother Bear 2, Tarzan & Jane). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the songs last week and has also released a separate deluxe edition featuring both songs and score on Wednesday. Also playing in theaters nationwide since Wednesday is the historical drama Napoleon directed by Ridley Scott and starring Joaquin Phoenix, Vanessa Kirby, Tahar Rahim, Edouard Philipponnat, Rupert Everett, Catherine Walker and Ludivine Sagnier. Martin Phipps (The Crown, Victoria, Woman in Gold, The Honourable Woman, War & Peace, The Aftermath) has composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this week. Lakeshore Records has released the original song Miracle from the Amazon original movie Candy Cane Lane. The track is written by Raphael Saadiq (Lovecraft Country, Insecure, The After Party, Underground, Black Nativity) feat. UK vocalist Kelli-Leigh and is now available to stream/download exclusively on Amazon Music. Also check out the official lyric video below. Columbia Records has previously released two covers from the film performed by Chlöe and a full soundtrack album featuring Marcus Miller’s original score will be coming out next week. La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1969 spy thriller Topaz directed by Alfred Hitchcock and starring Frederick Stafford, Dany Robin, John Vernon, Claude Jade, Karin Dor, Michel Subor, Michel Piccoli and Philippe Noiret. The album, which is being released as the 18th title of Universal Pictures Film Music Classics Collection, features the film’s expanded and remastered (and in stereo for the first time) original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Maurice Jarre (Lawrence of Arabia, Ghost, Doctor Zhivago, Gorillas in the Mist, No Way Out, Witness, Jacob’s Ladder), including previously unreleased music. La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1966 psychological thriller Moment to Moment directed by Mervyn LeRoy and starring Jean Seberg, Honor Blackman, Sean Garrison, Arthur Hill and Grégoire Aslan. The album features the film’s original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Henry Mancini (The Pink Panther, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Thorn Birds, Santa Claus: The Movie, Charade). Also included is the movie’stitle song written by Mancini & Johnny Mercer.
