Dragon’s Domain Records has announced the world premiere release of two scores composed by Joe Kraemer (Mission: Impossible – Rogue NationJack ReacherPandora, The Way of the Gun, The Man Who Killed Hitler and then The Bigfoot, Comrade Detective). The album includes the composer’s music from the 2003 thriller The Hitcher II: I’ve Been Waiting directed by Louis Morneau and starring C. Thomas Howell (reprising his role from the 1986 original cult classic), Kari Wuhrer and Jake Busey, as well as his score from the 2008 horror movie Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead directed by Morneau and starring Nicki Aycox, Nick Zano, Laura Jordan, Kyle Schmid and Mark Gibbon. The Joe Kraemer Collection – Volume 1 will be released as a disc-on-demand next month and is now available to order on Buysoundtrax’s website, where you can also check out audio samples and find out more about the soundtrack. A24 Music has released the second soundtrack EP for the Prime Video original animated series Hazbin Hotel. The 4-track EP features the four original songs from the fifth and sixth episode of the show’s first season written by Andrew Underberg & Sam Haft and performed by voice cast members Erika Henningsen, Jeremy Jordan, Amir Talai, Kimiko Glenn, Darren Criss, Shoba Narayan, Patina Miller, Jessica Vosk and Stephanie Beatriz. Walt Disney Records has released a new album featuring reimagined instrumental chillhop versions of classic songs and score tracks from Pixar Animation Studios classics. The new arrangements were created specifically for the Pixar Place Hotel, which will open at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim next week. Among the titles featured are tracks from Michael Giacchino’s scores from The Incredibles, Up, & Inside Out and the composer’s song Le Festin from Ratatouille, Thomas Newman’s Define Dancing from Wall-E, the original song Remember Me from Coco, Randy Newman’s classic You’ve Got a Friend in Me from Toy Story, Jon Batiste’s Born to Play from Soul, the Billie Eilish- & Finneas-penned Nobody Like U from Turning Red and the original song Touch the Sky from Brave. The remake of the Michael Kamen-scored 1989 film of the same title stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Daniela Melchior, Billy Magnussen, Joaquim de Almeida, Jessica Williams, Conor McGregor, Arturo Castro, Lukas Gage, B.K.
