Three new movies are opening in theaters nationwide today:

Opening in most theaters is the fantasy adventure Jungle Cruise directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and starring Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Edgar Ramirez, Jesse Plemons, Jack Whitehall and Paul Giamatti. The film’s original music is composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, King Kong, Maleficent, The Sixth Sense, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The Fugitive, The Village). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the fantasy adventure The Green Knight written and directed by David Lowery and starring Dev Patel, Joel Edgerton, Alicia Vikander,Sean Harris, Sarita Choudhury, Barry Keoghan, Kate Dickie and Ralph Ineson. Daniel Hart (A Ghost Story, Pete’s Dragon, The Old Man and the Gun, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Strange Angel) has composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Columbia Records has released a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original docuseries Watch the Sound with Mark Ronson. The 6-track record features collabrations between Ronson and Diana Gordon & Jónsi, Paul McCartney, Gary Numan, King Princess, Santigold & Kathleen Hanna, as well as a song by DJ Premier feat. Wale. ‘Schmigadoon!’ Episode 4 Soundtrack EP Released

Milan Records has released the fourth soundtrack for the Apple TV+ original series Schmigadoon! The 6-track EP features the original songs from the fourth episode of the show written by Cinco Paul (Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax), as well as two score cues composed by Christopher Willis (The Death of Stalin,The Personal History of David Copperfield, Veep). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Also listen to all tracks after the jump. The label has previously released the music from Episode 1, Episode 2 and Episode 3 earlier this month and two more soundtracks for the fifth and sixth episodes will be coming out in August. Soundtrack Album for Disney Channel’s ‘Spin’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the Disney Channel original movie Spin. The album features the film’s original songs written, produced and performed by Grammy Award winner Marius de Vries (Coda, Kick-Ass, Strange Magic, Easy Virtue, Sucker Punch). Fiora Cutler co-wrote several of the tracks. Also included are two cues from de Vries’ original score. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out audio samples. Spin is directed by Manjari Makijany and stars Abhay Deol, Meera Syal, Aryan Simhadri, Michael Bishop, Anna Cathcart, Jahbril Cook and Kerri Medders. The movie revolves around an Indian American teen who discovers her passion for creating DJ mixes that blend the rich textures of her South Asian culture and the world around her. ‘The Exchange’ Soundtrack Released

Music.Film Recordings & Lakeshore Records have released a soundtrack album for the comedy The Exchange. The album features the film’s original music composed by Michael Smith (The Kid Who Would Be King, Broken) of Electric Wave Bureau & Christoph Bauschinger (Brassic). The Exchange is directed by Dan Mazer and stars Ed Oxenbould, Avan Jogia, Justin Hartley, Jennifer Irwin, Paul Braunstein and Jayli Wolf. The movie follows a socially awkward, but highly enterprising teenager who decides to acquire a “mail order best friend”; a sophisticated exchange student from France, but ends up importing a cologne-soaked, chain-smoking, sex-obsessed youth who quickly becomes the hero of his new community. Geoff Zanelli (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Disturbia, Christopher Robin, Hitman) is scoring the upcoming fantasy comedy Man & Witch. The film is directed by Michael Hines and stars Tami Stronach, Greg Steinbruner, Jennifer Saunders, Eddie Izzard, Sean Astin, Bill Bailey, Christopher Lloyd, Shorhreh Aghdashloo, Michael Emerson, Pauline McLynn, Daniel Portman, Reginald D. Hunter, Stuart Bowman, Martha West and Giovanni Pernice. The movie, which is being described as an homage to the lo-fi fantasy films of the 80s, tells the story of a witch who helps a cursed goatherd in his quest for love. Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney+ original series Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Vincent Artaud (Mr. Magoo, Oggy and the Cockroaches, Paprika, Lupin’s Tales, Hubert & Takako, Zig & Sharko). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 30 and will be available to stream/download here. Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life s executive produced by Marc du Pontavice and features the voices talent of Matthew Géczy, Kaycie Chase, Bill Farmer, David Gasman, Sylvain Caruso and Cindy Lee Delong. The Xilam Animation production follows the two titular tiny troublemakers in their perpetual pursuit of acorns and are joined by Pluto, Butch and other iconic Disney characters as they face down bullies great and small. Rupert Gregson-Williams (Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Hacksaw Ridge, The Crown, The Legend of Tarzan, Over the Hedge, Smallfoot) is the composer of the new HBO Max original series The Prince. The show is created by Gary Janetti (Will & Grace) who also stars as the fictionalized Prince George, alongside Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, Alan Cumming as George’s butler Owen, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Frances de la Tour as Queen Elizabeth, Condola Rashad at Meghan Markle, Dan Stevens as Prince Charles, Iwan Rheon as Prince William and Sophie Turner as Princess Charlotte. ‘Stillwater’ Soundtrack Album Details

Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the drama Stillwater. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Little Miss Sunshine, Moneyball, Capote, Onward, The Good Dinosaur, Girl, Interrupted). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 30 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Stillwater is co-written and directed by Tom McCarthy and stars Matt Damon, Camille Cottin, Abigail Breslin, Lilou Siauvaud, Deanna Dunagan, Idir Azougli and Anne Le Ny. The movie follows an American oil-rig roughneck from Oklahoma who travels to Marseille to visit his estranged daughter, in prison for a murder she claims she did not commit.
