Earth Libraries will release a digital version of the soundtrack album for the documentary Butterfly in the Sky. The album features the film’s original music composed by The Octopus Project (Kumiko, The Treasure Hunter, Sasquatch Sunset, Damsel). The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 28. Plaza Mayor Company will release a soundtrack album for the action thriller 5lbs of Pressure. The album features the film’s original music composed by Philippe Jakko (Enemy Lines, Kaufman’s Game, Notre Dame, Allies). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, June 14 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. 5lbs of Pressure is written and directed by Phil Allocco and stars Luke Evans, Rory Culkin, Rudy Pankow, Stephanie Leonidas, Zac Adams, Savannah Steyn, Lorraine Burroughs and Alex Pettyfer. Pathé Films has released a new soundtrack album for the French 1986 drama classics Jean de Florette & Manon of the Spring (Manon des Sources) directed by Claude Berri based on Marcel Pagnol’s two-volume novel The Water of the Hills and starring Yves Montand, Gérard Depardieu, Daniel Auteuil, Emmanuelle Béart and Hippolyte Girardot. The album features the films’ original score composed and conducted by Jean-Claude Petit (Cyrano de Bergerac, The Horseman on the Roof, The Return of the Musketeers, Dalida). Remastered ‘Heavy Metal’ Score Album Announced
La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1981 animated sci-fi fantasy anthology feature Heavy Metal directed by Gerald Potterton and starring John Candy, Eugene Levy, Harold Ramis, Rodger Bumpass, Alice Playten, John Vernon, Jackie Burroughs, Don Francks, Joe Flaherty, Martin Lavut, Marilyn Lightstone, Percy Rodriguez, Susan Roman, August Schellenberg, Richard Romanus and Zal Yanovsky. The 2-CD set features the newly remastered original score from the film composed by Academy Award winner Elmer Bernstein (To Kill a Mockingbird, The Magnificent Seven, Far from Heaven, Ghostbusters, Animal House, Airplane, Stripes), including the score presentation on the first disc and the content of the original 1981 score album on the second disc. The soundtrack is limited to 1,500 copies and will be available to order on the label’s official website at noon today.

Sony Music Entertainment & Legacy Recordings will release the official soundtrack album for the documentary I Am: Celine Dion. The album features thirteen hits by the Canadian singer, including My Heart Will Go On, The Power of Love, Because You Loved Me, A New Day Has Come, among others. Also included are seven tracks from the film’s original score composed by Redi Hasa and produced by Alberto Fabris. The soundtrack will be released digitally and on CD on June 21 and is now available for pre-oder on Amazon. A vinyl edition is scheduled to come out on August 9 and is available to order here. I Am: Celine Dion is directed by Irene Taylor who gives a behind-the-scenes look at the iconic superstar’s struggle with a life-altering illness. The album features the newly remastered original score from the film composed by Academy Award winner Ennio Morricone (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Mission, Cinema Paradiso, Once Upon a Time in the West, The Hateful Eight, The Untouchables).
