Hollywood Records has released the fourth and fifth song from the soundtrack for the FX original series The Drop: A Snowfall Saga. Available now to stream/download on all major digital music services is a 6-track EP including the tracks Back to the Hood (Moves to Make) (in four different versions) & There Goes the Neighborhood (in two different versions) co-written by the project’s executive music producer Larrance “Rance 1500” Dopson & Jason “Problem” Martin. Also listen to both songs after the jump. The label has previously released three first songs (Officer Blackman, Rydah & LA Theme Song) earlier this month. The Drop: A Snowfall Saga is created by Malcolm Spellman based on the original 2017 Snowfall series and stars Gail Bean, Isaiah John, Asante Blackk, Peyton Alex Smith and Simmie Sims III.

‘Batman Beyond’ Vol. 4 Soundtrack Album Released
Dynamic Soundtrack Records has released a new soundtrack album for Warner Bros. Television Animation’s series Batman Beyond. The Vol. 4 album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Daytime Emmy Award winner and Primetime Emmy Award nominee Shirley Walker (Final Destination, Batman: The Animated Series, Willard, Escape from L.A. ‘Vampirina: Teenage Vampire’ Season 2 Soundtrack Album Details
Walt Disney Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Disney Channel original series Vampirina: Teenage Vampire. The album features the original songs from the show’s second season written by Jason Mater, Jordin Sparks, Dana Thomas & others and performed by cast members Kenzi Richardson (who stars in the title role), as well as Shaun Dixon, Milo Maharlik, Faith Hedley, Ji Won Lee, among others. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 2 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Let the Monster Out performed by Richardson) is already available to stream/download and can be checked out after the jump. The label has previously released an album featuring the songs from the first season last fall. ‘Emil and the Detectives’ Soundtrack Album Released
UFA Fiction has released a soundtrack album for the German family adventure Emil and the Detectives (Emil und die Detektive). The album features the film’s original score composed by Peter Horsch (The Path, Gute Freunde – Der Aufstieg des FC Bayern) & Michael Kamm (Sleepless, Who Am I, Prey, Close to the Horizon), Also included are three songs written by Jules Kalmbacher and featuring vocals by Rua. Nick Sena & Zachary Dawes Scoring Apple TV’s ‘Brothers’
Nick Sena (A League of Their Own, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Deep Murder) & Zachary Dawes (The Summer I Turned Pretty, Big Time Adolescence,The Peanut Butter Falcon, There’s Someone Inside Your House) have provided the original score for the new Apple TV original series Brothers. The show stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson who play fictionalized versions of themselves, and whose friendship is thrown into chaos when they uncover a decades-old secret: they might actually be brothers. Natalie Martinez, Brittany Ishibashi, Ella Grace Helton, Noah Carganilla, Nolan Almeida, Highdee Kuan, Oona Yaffe and Holland Taylor are also starring in the comedy.
‘Black Zombie’ Soundtrack Album Released
David Arcus (True Fiction, Night of the Reaper, Knuckleball, Dark Match, Great Great Great) has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian documentary Black Zombie. The album features the composer’s original score from the film, as well as additional songs and music written by Mélissa Laveaux and Lister Haussman and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Gabriel Mann Scoring Freeform’s ‘Coven Academy’
Gabriel Mann (Modern Family, A Million Little Things, Rosewood, Rectify, DMV, The Unicorn) has been tapped to score the new Freeform original series Coven Academy. The show is created by Tim Federle (Ferdinand) and stars Malina Pauli Weissman, Malachi Barton, Jordan Leftwich, Ora Duplass, Louis Thresher, Tiffani Thiessen, as well as special guest star Devon Sawa. The supernatural teen drama follows three teenage witches and their dangerously charming warlock peers at an elite magic boarding school where power is currency, secrets are lethal and attraction is a liability.
‘Archer’ Vol. 2 & 3 Soundtrack Albums Released
Hollywood Records has released two new soundtrack albums for the FX original animated series Archer. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth (and final) seasons composed and performed by JG Thirlwell (The Venture Bros). Both the Vol. 2 & Vol. 3 soundtracks are now available to stream/download on all major digital music services. Also listen to the Season 10 them after the jump. ‘Who’s Watching’ Soundtrack Album Details
15 Passenger Records will release a soundtrack album for thepsychological horror thriller Who’s Watching. The album features the film’s original music composed by director Tim Kasher, including both the songs performed by the movie’s fictional metal band Toxic Cock Syndrome, in reality performed by Kasher (guitar/backing vocals), Radke (vocals), Lewis (guitar), Jonah Ray (drums) & Josh Ethier (bass), five tracks of the original score, as well as Cursive’s end credits song Wounded Animal.
