Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 2004 historical epic Troy directed by Wolfgang Petersen and starring Brad Pitt, Eric Bana, Orlando Bloom, Diane Kruger, Brian Cox, Sean Bean, Brendan Gleeson and Peter O’Toole. The album features the expanded score from the Warner Bros. Pictures production composed and conducted by James Horner (Titanic, Avatar, Braveheart, A Beautiful Mind), including over half an hour of previously unreleased music. Also included is the original song Remember performed by Josh Groban with Tanja Tzarovska. The 2-CD is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the full album details and listen to audio samples.
The label has also announced a new 3-CD release for the 1980 NBC mini-series Shogun directed by Jerry London, narrated by Orson Welles and starring Richard Chamberlain, Toshiro Mifune.
