Lakeshore Records will release the official soundtrack album for the drama The Last Rodeo. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, Ripley, Zero Day, The Umbrella Academy, For All Mankind, Legion, The Night Of). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 23 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Last Rodeo is co-written and directed by Jon Avnet and stars Neal McDonough, Derek Presley, Mykelti Williamson, Christopher McDonald, Sarah Jones, as well as professional bull riding champion Daylon Swearingen. The movie revolves around a retired rodeo legend as he enters a high-stakes bull-riding competition as the oldest contestant ever in order to save his grandson while he reconciles old wounds with his estranged daughter. The drama is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Angel Studios.
