Joaquin Garcia (The Distant Barking of Dogs, While We Watched, Fighting Demons with Dragons, Reunited) has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Child of Dust. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Child of Dust is directed by Weronika Mliczewska, produced by Bao Nguyen and centers on one of the thousands of unwanted and marginalized children abandoned by American soldiers after the Vietnam War who – at age 55 – fulfills his lifelong dream of finding his father, but is also forced to face profound questions about his identity. The movie premiered at this year’s Thessaloniki Documentary Festival and is also screening at numerous other film festivals this year. No domestic distribution deal has been announced yet.
