A soundtrack album will be released by Varese Sarabande according to the movie’s end credits, but no details have been announced yet. Also opening wide is the movie musical Kiss of the Spider Woman directed by Bill Condon based on the Tony Award-winning stage show and starring Jennifer Lopez, Tonatiuh, Diego Luna, Josefina Scaglione, Aline Mayagoitia and Bruno Bichir. The film’s original score is composed by Sam Davis.Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the score, as well as the songs from the film written by John Kander (music) & Fred Ebb (lyrics) and performed by the cast. Also opening in New York and Los Angeles before expanding to more markets in the coming weeks is the psychological comedy drama If I Had Legs I’d Kick You written and directed by Marty Bronstein and starring Rose Byrne, Christian Slater, Conan O’Brien, Danielle Macdonald and A$AP Rocky. The film doesn’t feature an original score. The movie, which revolves around a woman who attempts to navigate her child’s mysterious illness, a missing person, her absent husband ,and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist, premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and is being released by A24.

Opening in select theaters today before premiering on Netflix on October 24 is the political thriller A House of Dynamite directed by Kathryn Bigelow and starring Rebecca Ferguson, Idris Elba, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris, Tracy Letts, Anthony Ramos, Jonah Hauer-King, Greta Lee, Moses Ingram and Jason Clarke. Also opening in select U.S. theaters this weekend is the British drama Urchin written and directed by Harris Dickinson and starring Frank Dillane, Megan Northam, Karyna Khymchuk, Shonagh Marie and Amr Waked. The film’s original score is composed by Alan Myson (White Island). No soundtrack album has been announced. The movie, which follows a young man who struggles to reintegrate into society, shuffling between gigs as a line cook and a trash collector, and must balance a newfound sense of community with his own itch for self-destruction, premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and is being distributed by 1-2 Special.

Also opening in select U.S. theaters today is the animated feature 100 Meters (Hyakuemu) directed by Kenji Iwaisawa is based on the manga by Uoto.
