Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Canadian coming-of-age drama North of Normal. The album features the film’s original score and songs composed by Electric Youth. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the synth-pop duo’s main theme, title song and end credits track below. North of Normal is directed by Carly Stone and stars Sarah Gadon, James D’Arcy, Amanda Fix, Benedict Samuel, River Price-Maenpaa and Robert Carlyle. The movie follows a teenage girl who is forced to shed her alternative upbringing and acclimatize to civilization when she moves to the city hoping for a normal life with her anything but normal mother. The drama, which premiered at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, was released early last year on VOD by Quiver Distribution and is currently also available to stream on Paramount+.
