Premiering on Wednesday, March 26, is the Apple TV+ original anthology series Side Quest based on the streamer’s Mythic Quest and starring Rob McElhenney, Annamarie Kasper, Esai Morales, Shalita Grant, Rome Flynn, Bria Henderson, Ramon Reed, William Stanford Davis and Leonard Robinson. Takeshi Furukawa (Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Last Guardian, Planet of Lana) has composed the show’s original music. Also premiering on Wednesday is the Apple TV+ original series The Studio created by Peter Huyck, Alex Gregory, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg & Frida Perez and starring Rogen himself, Catherine O’Hara, Ike Barinholtz, Kathryn Hahn and Chase Sui Wonders. The show’s original music is composed by Antonio Sanchez (Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), Get Shorty, The Anarchists). The comedy, which follows the newly appointed head of a movie studio as he wrangles narcissistic artists and craven corporate overlords in the pursuit of making great films, will also be available to stream exclusively on Apple TV+.
Premiering on Thursday, March 27, is the Prime Video original movie Holland directed by Mimi Cave and starring Nicole Kidman, Gael García Bernal, Rachel Sennott, Matthew Macfadyen, Jude Hill, Lennon Parham, Isaac Krasner and Jeff Pope. Alex Somers (Captain Fantastic, Nickel Boys, Honey Boy, Causeway, Aloha, Charm City Kings, Dawson City: Frozen Time) has composed the film’s original music. Premiering on Friday, March 28 is the Disney+ original movie Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip directed by Marvin Lemus and starring Eva Longoria, Jesse Garcia, Thom Nemer, Rose Portillo, Cristo Fernández, Paulina Chávez, Michelle Buteau, Mabel Cadena, Harvey Guillén and Cheech Marin. Camilo Lara (A Million Miles Away, Gentefied, La Liberación, Going Varsity in Mariachi) has composed the film’s original music. Netflix Music has released Casalane’s cover version of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s Our House from the romantic comedy this past Friday.
