Jeff Morrow (A Christmas Story Christmas, Science Fair,The Snoopy ShowOlaf’s Frozen Adventure, Ibiza) has recently been scoring the upcoming live-action musical reimagining of the 1937 animated classic Snow White. The film is directed by Marc Webb (The Amazing Spider-Man, (500) Days of Summer) and stars Rachel Zegler in the title role, Gal Gadot as her stepmother, the Evil Queen, and Andrew Burnap. As previously reported, Benj Pasek& Justin Paul have composed the movie’s original songs. Marc Platt (La La Land, Wicked) and Jared LeBoff (The Girl on the Train, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off) are producing the project. Morrow has previously contributed additional music to Disney’s live-action The Little Mermaid movie produced by Platt. Snow White will be released in theaters nationwide on March 21, 2025 by Walt Disney Pictures.

Morrow’s other recent projects include the documentary Sally directed by Cristina Costantini about Sally Ride who became the first American woman to blast off into space and her hidden romance with her life partner, Tam O’Shaughnessy. Costantini (who previously collaborated with the composer on 2020’s Mucho Mucho Amor: The Legend of Walter Mercado), Lauren Cioffi, Dan Cogan and Jon Bardin are producing the National Geographic production, which will premiere this month at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
