Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the crime thriller/drama Woman of the Hour. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dan Romer (LucaBeasts of the Southern Wild, Maniac, Station ElevenBeasts of No Nation, The Good Doctor, Superman & Lois) & Mike Tuccillo (RamyLove LifeHomeroom). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composers’ first track (Everyone’s Risky) below. Woman of the Hour marks the directorial debut of Anna Kendrick who also stars in the film, alongside Daniel Zovatto, Tony Hale, Pete Holmes, Nicolette Robinson, Autumn Best, Kelley Jakle and Kathryn Gallagher. The movie is based on a true story and centers on an aspiring actress who crosses paths with a prolific serial killer in ’70s LA when they’re cast on an episode of The Dating Game. The drama, which premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, is opening in select theaters this weekend before making its streaming debut next Friday, October 18 on Netflix.
